Supplier Watch List - Supplier Option list is not translated

In the the Supplier Watch List, when we create an analytic report, the Supplier Option list is not translated.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1) Log in in english
2) Navigate to Procurement Operations – click on Supplier Watch List Tile
3) Click on Supplier Watch List Tile
4) Click on + under My analytics
5) Click Next. Click Save
6) Click OK. And close the window
7) Now click on Reliquat Par fournisseur1 on the right side
8) Click on Show Filters button(||)
9) We can see options under Supplier Option
10) Now log in in French
11)Navigate to Fluid Procurement operations- Supplier Watch list
12) Click on Reliquat par fournisseur1
13) Click on Show filters button(||)
14) Supplier options shows blank
