AP: AP_SDN_VAL Not Running

We did upgrade to PeopleTools 8.54.20 and the Financials Sanctions program, AP_SDN_VAL is not running properly.
When run, it fails with no relevant error message.
Verified that Verity is working fine. Verity version is 6.5.0
PORTAL_INDEX runs fine and we can get to the results online for the same.
1. Enable Financial Sanction Validation process
