GP CHE - Name Field Is Not Correctly Filled Up Depending On The Different Beneficiary Sources (Doc ID 2346305.1)

Last updated on MARCH 09, 2020

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Global Payroll Switzerland - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

The payment file can have entry for different beneficiaries. Their names/ addresses have different sources. The retrieve of the information is not correct in the new ISO20022 file.
Replication steps
The new ISO-20022 payment file is a follow up of the old DTA-File.
The preparation steps are the same for both file types beside the individual file preparation :
As a first step you need to finalise payroll then run the Paiment Preparation – CHE (GPCH_PMT) whichs writes payment records into table GPCH_BK_XFER_EE.
Once this process has ended the payment file can be prepared.
- The DTA-file is prepared from GPCHBK02.sqr
- The ISO20022 file is prepared using Swissdec Dashboard and calling GPCHBKX2.sqr (as part of GPCH_MON and ending with the XML-preparation GPCH_AE_ELM)
As per our understanding, during the ISO-20022 file preparation, the information for the different TAGs should mainly be retrieved from the same sources of payment preparation as it has been the case for the former DTA file.
During the payment preparation-CHE process the file GPCH_BK_XFR_EE is filled up.
