ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
An application package that reads in a SQL object and writes the results to a XML file using a file layout definition. The SQL returns a data
field that is longer that 256 characters and that field is defined as 2500 characters in the XML file layout, yet the output file has no more
256 characters in that field.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Description should not truncate data.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Have a sql to select DESCR field from a delivered table with data longer than 256.
2. Create a XML file layout with field length of 2500 or more than 500.
3. Create an AE or Application package to call File Layout.
