Catalog Items Are Showing Up As Special Requests When Added To Templates.

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Catalog - Other
Catalog Items are showing up as Special Requests when added to Templates.

Catalog Item shows as special request items when added to the existing or new template.
While creating a requisition, when we search for a catalog item and add to a Template, they are showing up as a Special request inspite of the INV_ITEM_ID associated to it.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new ePro requisition and press on the all Purchasing Catalog link:
2. Choose any item and add it to a template.
3. From the same page search for the template that you chose.
4. Expand it and notice that the catalog item is showing as Special request Item.
