Why There Is No Warning Message For Missing Storage Area And Locations On Receipt Entry Page? (Doc ID 2347096.1)

Missing storage area and locations, Getting Warning in correct staged error page but not for receipt entry page.

Steps - 

1.Created a PO for the inventory item
2.Provided IN Unit on distribution line details
3.Dispatch PO
3.Receive PO
4.Enter Area on Inventory Putaway Information page
5.Save Receipt
6.INV status changed to Moved
7.Go to Inventory > Putaway Stock > Correct Staged errors > Search for staging ID
8.Shows “The putaway location is invalid for the business unit”
9.Click Save
Error -
Storage Area, Level 1 and Level 2 are required fields. (11100,17)

Storage Area, Level 1 and Level 2 must be entered.

When putting away inventory at the receipt level if a location requires additional storage/area fields there is no warning at the receipt level and then creates a Staged Error.
Need to determine what we do to get the system to return same message at receipt level as it does when correcting staged errors?
