Two UI Jurisdictions Selected After Patch 26478413 Applied

We downloaded PRP Patch 26478413 for UI JURISDICTION FLAG UPDATED INCORRECTLY ON STATE TAX DATA FOR EMP RCD 1 and applied to our test database. In reviewing the test scenario (after Patch 26478413 was applied), it seems the patch only fixed part of the issue. It correctly inserted the MN row with the UI jurisdiction flag checked based on the Tax Location change in Job Data; however the employee’s tax data row should not reflect two UI jurisdiction flags checked. The handling of tax splits are maintained in Update Tax Distribution. In these situations, the state with the highest percentage worked is the UI state. We would have expected to see the following in Employee Tax Data:

-KS row with Resident flag checked
-MN row with UI Jurisdiction flag checked

The MO row would not appear on the new effective dated row because of the Tax Location change in Job Data.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do a Tax Location change for Empl Rcd 1 on Job Data
2. Review employee state tax data
