After applying CS 9.0 Bundle 44 with fix for Bug 23593455, the following error is encountered:

One and only one National ID must be selected as Primary ID. (1000,681)
Error saving Component Interface. {HCR_PERSONAL_DATA_SRV} (91,37)

Generic Service Error (18137,9)

Process 1796595 ABENDED at Step SAD_UC_BASPE.IMAPPLUC.Step02 (PeopleCode) -- RC = 20 (108,524)

Applicants having an existing National ID because they are already a Prospect, Applicant or Student return an error message when following these

1. Navigate to Student Admissions > UCAS Processing > Import Applicants > Transaction Data.
2. Search for relevant Temp ID.
3. See that this has matched with an existing EMPLID who already has a primary National ID with different country than the one coming through UCAS.
4. Try to update the record and receive the error.
