Symptoms

On : CS 9.0 or later

When attempting to run Process NSLDS Files - the FAPTALRT cobol process -
the following error occurs.

The process may run to success when switching to a different search parameter in the NSLDS Data Load Parameters setup - Setup SACR > Product Related > Financial Aid > File Management > NSLDS Data Load Parameters. NSLDS Search/Match tab.
