GPJPN: Cannot Specify Dependent Disability Type on Maintain Dep Tax Data JPN Page (Doc ID 2348112.1)

Symptoms

Issue:
-------------------------------
According to the document from Japan National Tax Agency, even if the spouse is not subject to Deduction,
the spouse is subject to the Disability Deduction if spouse share the same livelihood.
(if the total salary amount for for salary earners is more than 9,000,000 yen and the total salary amount for spouse is less than 380,000 yen)

However, on the Maintain Dep Tax Data JPN page,
if the Subject to Deduction or Juvenile Dependent does not select and if specifying any value to the Dependent Disability Type field,
below error was shown.

Error:
-------------------------------
Dependent Disability Type must be "No Disability" if the Dependent is not Subject to Deduction. (17270,238)
Correct the Dependent Disability Type.

Step:
-------------------------------
1. On the Maintain Dep Tax Data JPN page, the Subject to Deduction or Juvenile Dependent does not select and specifying any value to the Dependent Disability Type field.

Actual Behavior:
-------------------------------
On the Maintain Dep Tax Data JPN page,
if the Subject to Deduction or Juvenile Dependent does not select and if specifying any value to the Dependent Disability Type field,
above error is shown.

Expected Behavior:
-------------------------------
On the Maintain Dep Tax Data JPN page,
even if the Subject to Deduction or Juvenile Dependent does not select and even if specifying any value to the Dependent Disability Type field,
above error should not be shown.
