Symptoms

In structure and content navigation to : Root > Set Up Common Objects > Security  , select any folder under there (e.g Core Level Security) and edit any Creaf .

Observation is that All crefs under the stated navigation have a valid to date set to :01/02/1900.

what that means is that the Crefs will not show up for any user in the system even if the correct security is granted.
