HCM Deleting CS Emergency Contact Entirely When Updating / Deleting Existing Phone Number In HCM 9.2

HCM deleting CS Emergency Contact entirely when updating / deleting existing phone number in HCM 9.2
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. As a pre-requisite, integration setup should be made between HCM and CS
2. Login as any employee and add a emergency contact in HCM, corresponding message transferred successfully to CS and the emergency contact content available in CS
3. Now try to modify the phone number of the emergency contact in HCM, corresponding message transferred successfully to CS, but the entire emergency contact content has been deleted
4. This issue occurs only in fluid mode and works fine through classic pages.
