Users are sporadically receiving the below error when changing, adding or deleting their phone numbers on Personal Details > Contact Details.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From Fluid Employee Self Service Homepage, select the Personal Details tile
2. Go to Contact Details and drill into Main Phone Number
3. Change number and click Save
4. Note above error is received.
