When approver clicks on 'View Details' Link In Review Transaction Page In 'Manager Self Service', it takes user to Pending approvals Fluid page instead of View approval page. (Doc ID 2349310.1)

Symptoms

When user navigates to Review Transaction page in 'Manager Self Service' and tried to view an approved transaction-
Click 'View Details' link it takes to Pending Approvals (Fluid Page) .

Ideally View Details link should take user to view only page, so that user can review the approved data.

STEPS
-----------------------

1. Go to Manager Self Service>Review Transactions
2. Click View/Details link
3. User is taken to an approval fluid page instead of details of approval.
