If Role With Route Control Removed From User Via Define Supplier User, Route Control Table Not Updated

Symptoms

If role with route control removed from user via Define Supplier User, in PS_RTE_CNTL_RUSER not updated

REPLICATION STEPS

1. Create a user through the Suppliers > Supplier Information > Add/Update >
Define Supplier User page with at least two roles.
2. Check the PSROLEUSER table for the new users' roles, and PS_RTE_CNTL_RUSER
for any route controls created on the user's roles. The latter query will
return 0 rows.
3. Navigate to PeopleTools > Security > User Profiles > User Profiles and
edit the new user profile by adding a route control to one of the roles.
4. Check the PSROLEUSER table for the new users' roles, and PS_RTE_CNTL_RUSER
for any route controls created on the user's roles. The latter query will
return 1 row.
5. Return to the Suppliers > Supplier Information > Add/Update > Define
Supplier User page and edit the user profile by deleting the role with the
route control.
6. Check the PSROLEUSER table for the new users' roles, and PS_RTE_CNTL_RUSER
for any route controls created on the user's roles. The latter query will
still return 1 row!
