E-Portal: Approvals Tile In Interaction Hub Linked To FSCM Allows For Mass Approvals (when Off In Base App) (Doc ID 2349952.1)

1. PeopleTools release:
2. PeopleSoft Application and release and People Tools : FSCM 9.2 (Image 19) on PT 8.55.18 and IHUB 9.1 (image 3) on PT 8.55.18
3. Environment: Test

Description of Problem:
When you turn off the "Allow Mass Approvals" check box for a transaction in the base app for a transaction like Vouchers it works in base application but when access same tile from IHUB it does allow to approve "Mass Approvals".

The sequence of events:
1) Log in to Financials/Supply Chain PUM/Image 25 as VP1

2) Navigate to: Enterprise Components > Approvals > Approvals > Mobile Approval Options
On the Transactions tab and Transaction tab beneath, uncheck the Allow Mass Approvals
check box for Vouchers and save the page.

3) Go to the Approvals tile and verify Voucher group does not allow Mass Approvals like other
Voucher – No Mass Approvals

Expense Report – Mass Approvals Allowed

4) Log in to Interaction Hub PUM/Image 5 as VP1
Interaction Hub MUST BE linked/setup with the Approvals Tile for Financials/Supply Chain PUM to test

5)Go to the Approvals tile in the Interaction Hub and Voucher group DOES allow Mass Approvals which it should not

Expected Behavior:
IHUB does not
Approvals Tile in Interaction Hub linked to FSCM should not Allows for Mass Approvals (when off in Base App)

Current Behavior:
Approvals Tile in Interaction Hub linked to FSCM Allows for Mass Approvals (when off in Base App)

Business Impact:
The customer uses the Interaction Hub for Approvals and accessing FSCM and HCM.

They are not able to configure/release any Fluid Approvals for Transactions where we do not want to allow Mass Approvals (ex/ Vouchers and Expense Reports) due to this issue.
