ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Job Opening competencies and similar items do not appear when applicant s apply for job

1. The content items in the resume qualifications page are not restricted to those in the job opening
1.a. All profile items in the Person profile are being displayed (for the matching content type); only matching content items should be displayed
1.a.i. Per PDF version of PeopleBooks 9.2 – “When the applicant cannot add and delete rows, the grid is prepopulated with items that are associated with the job opening, and the applicant can provide details related to those items. The Competencies grid is delivered with this configuration, so applicants can rate themselves with regard to the competencies in the job opening, but they cannot add or remove competencies”.
1.a.ii. There is conflicting documentation in the online help (pbr13) that says “When internal applicants create new applications, the system copies data from their employee profiles (including training information) and then adds additional non-conflicting data from the most recently created application”. There doesn’t seem to be any mention of what happens for external applicants (i.e. there is no employee profile).
1.b. Content items that only exist in the position profile and job opening are not being displayed
1.c. The competencies section is displaying two blank rows
