Requisition Got Stuck in Error After Updating Supplier Price Location

When the Supplier default Location and the item supplier price location have both been updated. This change has not been applied to the item in Users favorites lists. As a result, when the item is selected from a User favorites lists and added to a requisition it errors in the sourcing workbench.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1.Navigate to Add/Update Supplier > Search for Supplier ID > Location tab
2.Inactivate the existing supplier location - MAIN and add new row TEST
3.Save and Approve changes
4.Navigate to Define Item > Purchasing Item Attributes > Item Supplier
5.Add new row on Supplier Attributes for Price Location -TEST
6.Now go to eProcurement > Requisition > Favorites
7.Add item to the requisition > Checkout
8.Click on details icon on requisition line1
9.Supplier location is still showing MAIN
11.Received warning message > Click OK
13.Go to Auto Requisition Selection > Stage Requisition ID for sourcing
15.Process goes to success
16.Go to Sourcing Workbench > Search for Req ID Requisition got stuck in error -
Message -Either no supplier was found for this item (no supplier, or supplier_invoice table), or the given/found supplier/location is inactive
