Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-------------------------
To create the Tax Deduction Report for Employees who have also POI type:

1) Employee with two relationships in the year is incorrectly generating TAX deduction report--> In this case employee had just regular income, but that is being reported in the professional tax deduction report.

2) An Employee has two different relations with the company in 2016, one as EMP and another as POI. This employee does receive a payment as employee (A-type) and as POI (G-type) . However, the total in the final document is wrong.

3) An Employee has only an EMP relation in 2016. He had a POI status in 2015, but it ended in 24/09/2015. However, when we create the new certificate with "All" selected, the system prints a wrong certificate , it prints both types on top of each other.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) An Employee has two different relations with the company in 2016, as EMP and as POI. However, he only receives payment as direct employee (A-type).
Yet, when we want to create the certificate for the POI employees, the system includes the employee, even though he hasn't received any payment as POI.
2) An Employee has two different relations with the company in 2016, one as EMP and another as POI. This employee does receive a payment as employee (A-type) and as POI (G-type) . However, the total in the final document is wrong.
3)An Employee has only an EMP relation in 2016. He had a POI status in 2015, but it ended in 24/09/2015. However, when we create the new certificate with "All" selected, the system prints a wrong certificate , it prints both types on top of each other.
