ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Mortgage deduction with Segmentation

For the employees that have period segmentation in the first month of the year and also have mortgage deduction reported in their fiscal data, the calculation of the IRPF’s % in the second segment does not calculate the corresponding amount of the mortgage deduction. The GPES_RED_MORTGAGE value of table PS_GPES_TAX_RSLT is 'Y', which is correct, but the field GPES_TAX_MORTGAGE has a value of 0. Of this month, and for the rest of the months of the year, the mortgage deduction it not taken into consideration, and the IRPF percentage that the system calculates is higher than what would correspond the employee.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

2. Create a segmentation in January and calculate payroll
