Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to run PS/nVision in DMO on Web via Process Scheduler.
The Process Scheduler Request window gives ‘Invalid Column Order Number’ in ‘Type’ and ‘Format’ drop-downs

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Dropdown should work as designed, should reflect the values present in dropdown.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate: Reporting Tools > PS/nvision > Define Report Request
2. Open a Report Request (you may need to create one first)
3. Click ‘Run Report’ button
4. Error ‘Invalid Column Order Number’ is displayed in ‘Type’ and ‘Format’ drop-downs of Process Scheduler Request
