Deny or approval Comments Does Not Appear In Absence Cancellation Email Notification

During Approval/deny of Absence Cancellation, Approver Comment is not captured in the Email.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee submit Absence Cancelation request.
2. Manager approve/deny cancelation request with comments.
3. Observe comments in notification received by manager.
