When the Same As Individual flags are used in Emergency Contacts for phone and address data, the system utilizes the data present in the system for the phone and address types specified.  When that underlying data is deleted, a 'disconnect' occurs, and the emergency contact data is then blank.  Code is needed to prompt a user that does the following:

  1. The data being deleted is used for an Emergency Contact.
  2. They should update the Emergency Contact record with correct data before being allowed to delete the existing data.
