Symptoms
On : 8.56 version, Upgrade
When attempting to upgrade PT8.54.31 to PT 8.56.06,
the following error occurs.

Set Table Space Name in PSRECTBLSPC
(SQR 4717) Cannot open the report output file: 'C:\temp\PT856\output\softwareupdatePTU856{-CS92PRD}IP\SETSPACE_0.PDF'
(13): Permission denied
SQR for PeopleSoft: Program Aborting.
Second Error reported:
