ACA Safe Harbor Code "2B" Not Populating For The Termination Month In Employee's 1095C Form

Symptoms

Employees whose employment and benefit coverage terminated during a month are getting a blank Safe Harbor Code instead of 2B from the ACA Data Extract process.

STEPS
---------------------------
1. Terminate an employee’s employment during the month (Navigation: Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data).
2. Terminate the employee’s Health coverage during the month (Navigation: (if Base Benefits) Benefits > Enroll in Benefits > Health Benefits or (if Benefits Administration)
    Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > Run Automated Event Processing).
3. Run the ACA Data Extract process for 2017 (Navigation; Benefits > ACA Annual Processing > Create ACA Form Data > ACA Data Extract).
