Case Arrival vs. Closure - After Viewing Employee Details Via Related Actions, Page Becomes Unresponsive

After a user clicks to view employee information on detailed view for pivot Case Arrival vs. Closure, and then clicks on the 'X' button to close the popup the page becomes unresponsive and greyed out.
Closing the page from "X" button makes the page unresponsive. Only clicking outside the window makes the page responsive again.
Step 1:- Open Agent Dashboard
Step 2:- Click on Case Arrival vs. Closure pivot.
Step 3:- Click on a Bar and click on Detailed View
Step 4:- Click on Related actions button >> View Contact Info >> Employee
Step 5:- Click on ‘X’ sign on top.
Step 6:- Notice that Page becomes greyed out and unresponsive
Step 7:- Only on clicking outside that window does it go back to responsive state.
