ID Change Process Is Not Updating HR Notepad Tables (Doc ID 2353115.1)

Symptoms

The HR notepad is being used to capture notes on Job Data. When we run ID Change process to change the employee ID, the process is not updating the employee id on HR_NP_NOTE table.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add Notes to employee Job Record:Employee ID KU0031
Navigation: Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data
Navigate to Job data and click on notepad icon (Highlighted) and enter notes for the
employee job record.
2. Click on ‘Add a New Note” button.
3. Add some test notes
4. Run ID Change Process
5.ID change process updated Employee ID to NYKU0031
6. Navigate to Job Data Page and open job data page with Employee ID to NYKU0031
7. Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data
Navigate to Job data and click on notepad icon>click on notepad icon and open the notes.
8.You no longer see the notes that were updated.
9.Id change process not able to bring the notes data to new employee record.
