Fluid Approvals - Marital Status Summary Page

On delivered fluid approvals page, on the summary info for Marital Status Change, it is not showing the latest marital status change value and effdt in approval screen.

The sql shown below is not using the action date of the transaction. Because of this, it is pulling the info from a wrong action date record and showing the information on the approvals summary page.

  If %Language <> %Language_Base Then
  SQLExec("select DESCR, DESCR6, Action_DT_SS from ps_marstachg_dtvwl where EMPLID = :1 and effseq=:2 and LANGUAGE_CD=:3", &recApplication.GetField(Field.EMPLID).Value, &recApplication.GetField(Field.EFFSEQ).Value, %Language, &sCurrentM, &sNewM, &dActionDtSS);
  SQLExec("select DESCR, DESCR6, Action_DT_SS from ps_marstatchg_dtvw where EMPLID = :1 and effseq=:2", &recApplication.GetField(Field.EMPLID).Value, &recApplication.GetField(Field.EFFSEQ).Value, &sCurrentM, &sNewM, &dActionDtSS);

In Fluid approvals, Personnel administrator expects to see latest marital status value and effdt for the direct report.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Fluid Self Service>Login as KU0046 and enter marital status change and submit marital status change transaction(No Life event completion needed).
2. Login as PS(Personnel admn) to approve transaction
3. Marital status and effdt is incorrect in approval page.
