ECA - Performance Issues When Processing Contract Amendments

Symptoms

When processing amendments to customer contracts, it sometimes takes several minutes for the page to complete rather than seconds.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open an existing contract
2. Add an amendment
3. Ready the amendment and then process.
