Receiving Warning Message When Value On State Field Changes After Adding Onetime Address On The Requisition Settings Page

When the user adds one-time address on the Requisition Settings page and on edit Shipping for All Lines page, and enters a state that it is different from Shipping address state, they get this message once for shipping line on the requisition when the requisition is saved.
Warning -- Shipping Address State XX and default Ship To State XX are not
the same on Line 1, Shipping 1 (18036,10730) Change the existing Shipping
Steps To Reproduce The Issue :
1.Go to eProcurement> Requisition
2.Create a Requisition with two lines
3.Save and submit
4.Edit the same requisition from Manage requisition page
5.On Edit Requisition- Review and Submit page > Click on Requisition Settings link
6.Click on Add One time address
7.Update all the information (state value different from shipping address state) and click OK
8.Select override on requisition settings page
9.Click ok on message box -
Retrofit field changes to the selected existing requisition lines/schedules
not already sourced to POs (10150,296)
10.Address got updated
11.Warning -- Shipping Address State SA and default Ship To State NY are not the same on Line 1, Shipping 1 (18036,10730) Change the existing
Warning message triggers once for each requisition line if the requisition is created with multiple lines, user clicks OK or Cancel so many times to bypass this message.
