Symptoms

CRM 9.2 with PUM 13, PT 8.55.16


"From" and "To" addresses are misplaced in work list outbound notification page.

Fields "From" and "To" are incorrectly positioned in page.

Steps
---------
1. HR HelpDesk Agent
2. My worklist
3. Click on notification link (the customer is referring to message/mail); it opens the outbound notification page. The fields are incorrectly positioned in page
4. Second check: open the same notification from work list from navigator. it is also showing the fields incorrectly positioned in page.
