EPro -Denied Requisitions Are Getting Stuck In Denied Status Even After Workflow Resubmit & Approve

ePro -Denied Requisitions are getting stuck in denied status even after workflow resubmit & approve
Result: Requisition still marked to denied (D) status and AWE workflow set to approved.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Submit Requisition with approval
2) Approver will deny the requisition
3) Submitter again submit requisition for approval after few changes.
4) Now approver will approve the requisition.
