ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After upgrading tools to 8.56 the application designer crashes when doing database compares
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Application designer should be able to compare objects between two databases both on 8.56 without crashing
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Compare a project between 2 Oracle databases both on PeopleTools 8.56 where Transparent Application Failover (TAF) has been enabled
2. Observe that the Application designer crashes abruptly
3. This issue also happens when copying a project from one database to another. Sometimes the first copy/compare might work but subsequent copy/compares might cause the crash.
