How to Set Up Admissions Accept Decline Activity Guide (Doc ID 2354485.1)

Is there any documentation for setting up the Accept/Decline Activity Guide for the Fluid Applications in Admissions?  In the Fluid setups for this feature, there are two options - Component or Activity Guide. There are three components in the Accept Activity Guide and two in Decline Activity Guide. These pages have text entries to be specified. Where is this information entered?

When the user reaches the last step and tries to click the EXIT button, it displays a message saying "Are you sure you want to exit an leave the Activity Guide? Any work in progress will be lost, but you will be able to re-enter to start again." If user selects OK, the page goes back to Application Status page and data is also saved. This message is misleading, as one won't know whether the data was updated. How is it possible to update the message that is displayed?
