On : 8.55 version, Elastic Search

PTSF-2 Search Category doesn't exist

PeopleBooks says that if the SYSAUDIT returns with an uncustomized delivered search definition to contact My Oracle Support. Our report is returning RNTRPTST which is not a custom search definition for us. How should we proceed?
