Symptoms
1) On the Self Service pages of Benefit Enrollment, the SPD URL of Benefit plans appear inconsistent. The color of the text / format appears inconsistent.
2) At the benefit enrollment summary page, the before tax and after tax descriptions do not line up with one another, an additional space can be observed.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) On the Self Service pages of Benefit Enrollment, the SPD URL of Benefit plans appear inconsistent. The color of the text / format appears inconsistent.
2) After employee completes choosing of benefit plan options on the self service pages, the before tax and after tax descriptions do not line up with one another.
