eCompensation Process for Compensation Cycle Build

AE Program: WCS_ECMBUILD When Customer Uses TIMESPAN as a SOURCE_TYPE for a Matrix to be Used In Compensation Cycle; when running the Compensation
Cycle Build Process an error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Use Delivered Source_Id Union Code
2. Use Delivered Source_Id Grade
3. Use delivered Source_Id EMPL_GRD_MAXHRLY
4. From the Job History selected MAX_RT_HOURLY - Maximum Pay and then saved
5. Used delivered Source_Id of Performance Rating
6. Created SOURCE_ID SERVICE_HOURS using Length of Time TIMESPAN
7. Results Definition Used delivered Funding Percentage, only selected Base Compensation Adjustments
8. Created Matrix
9. Input for EMPL_GRD_MAXHRLY, PERFORMANCE and SERVICE HOURS
10. Output Funding Pct
11. Created a Group
12. Group Build Definition View
13. Verify the Employees in the Group
14. Created Supervisor Tree KA0018
15. Created Comp Cycle
16. Clicked on Build Cycle (this errors out and the cycle does not build)
