Error (18081,1058) when Creating Job Opening which Requires Approval (Doc ID 2355742.1)

After upgrading to PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, the following error is received when trying to create a Job Opening that requires approval:

The purpose of this message is to wrap an exception so that it provides a stacktrace.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as PS/PS
2. Navigate to Recruiting > Create Job Opening.
3. Enter required information in Job Details, Qualifications, Screening, Job Postings, and Hiring Team pages.
4. Click on 'Save and Submit'.
5. Note the above error is returned.
