E-AWE: Email Notification Is Not Being Triggered At Line Level For All Lines In AWE On Custom Process ID. (Doc ID 2355828.1)

On : Approval Framework Workflow (AWE)

After upgrade from HCM 9.2 pi 12 to Pi 23, the notification on custom AWE process has changed. In a Path that has 2 steps with different User Lists, the Line Level Route for Approval is sending out only 1 Email notification that goes To the Approvers of both steps, When this happens the data about the Application (%3 Application in Generic Template) only shows one value - thus confusing the recipients.

Expectation is that the Email Notification for each step will be send out separately and include the respective %3 Application in Generic Template related to the step that approver is assigned to.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use Custom AWE Process.
2. Header and line level Approval
3. Stage with 1 Path and 2 Steps fired off at same time via True Step Criteria.
4. Observe email notification received for Application Email/Exchange with all Approvers, when 2 of the Approvers should have received email with Application PeopleSoft Accounts Payable
