Symptoms


SQR processes goes to Error after updating the Access ID password in Production environment. App and Scheduler Services start fine and can run psae, Cobol processes successfully except SQR reports.

ERROR

SQR 5528) ORACLE OCIServerAttach error 12154 in cursor 0: ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified
(SQR 4701) Cannot logon to the database.
