Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The record PS_SCC_PS_FINT_BND is not properly written, as there is no link between aid year and term. Hence the number of rows returned will be the number of aid years times the number of terms.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Each term row should only be returned once, corresponding to the aid year in which the term belongs

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run a query of the table for a student active and built on Financial Aid Term for multiple aid years.
