Symptoms
The incorrect Self Only Lowest Premium Cost is extracted by the ACA Data Extract. Benefit Rates for Medical Plans use Compensation Bands, but the costs being reflected are not always for the correct Band.

1. Run the ACA Data Extract (Navigation: Benefits > ACA Annual Processing > Create ACA Form Data > ACA Data Extract).
