Issue Statement:
Difference in VAT Recovery amount on VAT header and VAT line details
Steps:
1: Create a VAT Voucher
2: Click on VAT Summary
Expected Result:
VAT Recovery amount on VAT header and VAT line details should be same till decimal
Actual Result:
VAT Recovery amount on VAT header and VAT line details is different till decimal
