Symptoms
Auto Enrollment AE does not kick off, staging table not getting loaded for POI (Person of Interest) Employees.
Step1 - Add a new row in JOb Data for POI
Step2 - Verified data changes in PS_JOB Table
Step3 - Verified Personal_Data Service operation in DONE status
Step4 - TL Auto Enrol AE was not triggered.
