ELM 9.2: Fluid Content Viewer Error when Launching AICC Content

Symptoms
When using the Fluid My Learning Page, if Learner launches AICC content, receive an error message.
Steps to Replicate the Issue:
1. Log in as a Learner
2. Navigate to Fluid Employee Self-Service Tile > Learning Tile > My Learning Tile, My Learning Page. Course Launch in fluid Mode{click} Launch for AICC Content.
3. Notice an error has occurred: Error - LMS did not return a valid status code, {click} OK button to view debug information to send to technical support.
