ELM 9.2: Fluid Content Viewer Error when Launching AICC Content (Doc ID 2357982.1)

When using the Fluid My Learning Page, if Learner launches AICC content, receive an error message. 

Error Message: 

in ClearErrorInfo

  In IsLoaded, returning -false
  In SetErrorInfo - Num=7 Desc=Cannot make calls to the LMS before calling Start

- CP:Isoladed is false - s WF wont make any calls to LMS

From the ELM application: An error has occured: Error - LMS did not return a valid status code.


Using the Internet Explorer (IE) Developer Tool, displays the following messages: 

Scripts: Access is denied
File: WEBLIB_LM_LEM.LM_ISCRIPT.FieldFormula.IScript_Disp_AICC_MENU, Line: 1, Column: 1

From Chrome Developer Tool, displays the following messages: 

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property 'textContent' of null
         at launchScoFL (WEBLIB LM LEM.LM  ISC...lment Id=1050219:59)
         at HTMLTableRowElement.onclick (WEBLIB LM LEM.LM ISC.ment Id=1050219:262)
         at LoadChapter (WEBLIB LM LEM.LM ISC.ment Id=1050219:155)
         at onload (WEBLIB LM LEM.LM ISC.ment Id=1050219:186)

Mixed content: The page at 'content URL' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script ''. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

Warning: [Deprecation] Synchronous CMLHttpRequest on the main tread is deprecated because of its detrimental effects due to the AICCCOmm.html:321 end user's experience. For more help, check Https://xhr.spec/

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

Steps to Replicate the Issue:

1.  Log in as a Learner

2. Navigate to fluid Employee Self-Service Tile > Learning Tile > My Learning Tile, My Learning Page. Course Launch in fluid Mode{click} Launch for AICC Content.
3. Notice an error has occurred: Error - LMS did not return a valid status code, {click} OK button to view debug information to send to technical support.
