Address Change Transactions with the Same Effdt for the Same User are still Displayed in the Pending Approvals Pagelet after Approving Latest Transaction

When there are multiple Address Change transactions created with the same Effective Date (As of Date) for the same employee and one transaction is Approved/Cancelled, the other entries for the same date are not cleared from Pending Approvals pagelet.
Also, if multiple Address Change transactions are created with different Effective Date (As of Date) for the same employee, a similar issue occurs where only the latest effdt transactions is available for approval and the previous effdt transactions still show in the Pending Approvals pagelet.
However, it is expected for the remaining Address Change transactions to be removed from the Pending Approvals pagelet.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Main Menu > Self Service > Personal Information > Home and Mailing Address and submit multiple address changes with the same As Of Date
2. As the Approver, Navigate to Main Menu > Manager Dashboard and locate the Pending Approvals pagelet
3. Approve or Cancel one of the Address Change transactions, note the other entries for the same date are not cleared from the pagelet
