Symptoms

Life Value is not getting updated in BOOK table upon lease activation.

Expected Behavior
-----------------------
Life Value should be updated in BOOK table upon lease activation.


Steps
------------
This issue can be replicated by performing the following steps:
1. Create new lease with a new leased asset.
2. Activate the lease
3. Check the lease data

Business Impact
--------------------
The Leased Asset can not be processed successfully through depreciation without the population of the useful life.
