While editing a saved the sPro Multi-Resource Requisition, the TRC changes from Actual to Percent Allocation.

When we create a Multi Resource SPro Requisition and Save, it saves the Requisition with the Time Reporting Option as Actual Allocation. When we edit a saved Multi Resource SPro Requisition, change any field like Location, Project or Cost Center, the Time Reporting Option changes automatically from Actual Allocation to Percent Allocation.

This is creating a Problem while creating Work Orders from Requisition.

Steps To Reproduce The Issue -

1.Time Reporting Option set to Actual Allocation on Business Unit definition

2.Create a Service Procurement Multi Resource Requisition. After filling all the relevant information.

3.Submit and Save

5.Now Edit the Requisition

6.Change the Location. Update the Labor and the Expenses Amount and click Go

to Submit Requisition.

7.Accept the Accounting Entries.

8.Click Yes

9.Save and Submit

11.Now run the same query again.

Transaction got saved with Time Reporting Option (SP_TIME_REPORT_OPT)  as  Percent Allocation.
