When using Integration Integrity Utility (IIU) to resolve JOB table integrity, the Resolve Discrepancies process does not update the JOB fields ANNUAL_RT, MONTHLY_RT, DAILY_RT, HOURLY_RT (Note:  These fields are system maintained.)

Comparison Method - Database Link 
Resolution Method - SCCSYNCMSG1 (HCI_RECORD integration)

IIU should be able to sync all the Job table fields.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure the IIU by going to Set Up SACR > System Administration > Utilities.
2. Navigate to Run Discrepancy Comparison and run process (SCC_DISCREP2).
3. Using the Integration Discrepancies page for the record, verify Integration discrepancies.
