Application Report Does Not Print MS Word Resume Attachments

Symptoms
When printing an application, if resume attachment is a MS Word (doc or docx) file type, the resume does not get included in the print job.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Recruiting -> Search Applicants.
2. Find an applicant.
3. Attach a docx file type resume to application.
4. Try to print application with resume.
5. In printed result resume does not appear.
